Return Policy – Food & Consumable Products

Because our products are food / consumable items, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or consumable products that have been opened or partially consumed.

Once a food item leaves our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or contamination risk.

Taste and personal preference:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on taste, flavor, texture, or personal preference.

Returns for Unopened & Damaged Items

We may offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unopened and unused

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue are required

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
